Privacy Policy

HalwaniPro provides operations/pricing and AI content tools to merchants. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

• Account: email, hashed password, shop name, logo.
• Operations & Pricing (free tool): operating expenses, staff names and wages, raw material prices, recipes and sub-recipes, final product costs.
• Studio (paid tool): product photos you upload, generated marketing text, generated images and videos, and the voice-over text used to produce them.
• Technical data: basic access logs for security and operations.

• Calculate suggested pricing based on your own cost data.
• Generate marketing content, images and videos from your product photos.
• Communicate with you about your account, subscription and support.
• Protect the platform against abuse.

To generate content, images, videos and voice-overs, product photos and text are sent to third-party AI providers, including image/video generation services, ElevenLabs (voice generation), and Google/OpenAI models via Lovable AI Gateway (text and image generation). These providers process the data solely to return the generated result and do not use it to train their own models on our behalf under our commercial terms with them.

We do not sell merchant data to third parties. We do not use your business data (costs, wages, recipes) for any purpose other than operating your own account.

We use Lovable Cloud (built on Supabase infrastructure) to host our database and file storage.

We use browser local storage for session and interface preferences. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Account data is retained while the account is active. On deletion we remove data within a reasonable timeframe, except records we must keep for legal or accounting purposes.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing support@halwanipro.com.

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will reflect changes.
