1. Introduction
Welcome to HalwaniPro Studio. By using the platform you agree to these Terms.
2. Service
HalwaniPro provides two connected tools for sweet shop, cake shop and bakery owners:
- Operations & Pricing (free): cost tracking for raw materials, staff, sub-recipes and final products, with a suggested selling price.
- Studio (paid upgrade): AI-generated marketing content, images and short product videos built from the merchant's own product photos.
3. Free tier & paid subscription
- Operations & Pricing is free, with no time limit.
- Studio is a paid upgrade. There is no free trial for Studio — billing starts immediately when you upgrade.
- Flat price: $39/month.
- Billing recurs automatically each month on the same day.
4. Usage limits
Each active Studio subscription includes, per calendar month: 60 content generations, 60 image generations, 30 video generations. Limits reset on the first of each month and do not roll over.
5. Cancellation
Cancel anytime from account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current paid period. Studio access remains active until the end of that period; the free Operations & Pricing tool remains available regardless.
6. Acceptable use
The merchant is solely responsible for the accuracy of business data entered (costs, prices, staff wages) and for reviewing any AI-generated content before publishing it publicly.
7. AI-generated content
Content, images and videos are generated automatically using third-party AI models. HalwaniPro does not guarantee the uniqueness, accuracy, or commercial performance of generated output. The merchant should review all generated material before use.
8. Intellectual property
Platform code, design and the "HalwaniPro" brand belong to HalwaniPro. Merchant content (product photos, logo, business data, generated output tied to their account) remains the merchant's property.
9. Service availability
We work to keep the service stable but do not commit to a guaranteed SLA at this stage.
10. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". HalwaniPro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for business decisions (including pricing decisions) made using data or suggestions from the platform. Our maximum aggregate liability is capped at one month's subscription fee.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or inside the dashboard before they take effect.
