1. Operations & Pricing is free — no payment involved
The core cost and pricing tool is free with no time limit, so you can fully evaluate the platform before ever paying anything.
2. Studio has no free trial
Because Studio unlocks after you've already used the free tool, there is no separate trial period for Studio. Billing begins immediately when you upgrade.
3. Payments are final
Once your Studio subscription is billed, that charge is final and non-refundable, whether or not you use your full monthly quota (60 content / 60 images / 30 videos).
4. Cancel anytime
Cancel any time from account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current paid period. Studio access remains active until the end of that period.
5. Exceptional cases
If a technical fault on our side prevents Studio from operating for an extended time, contact us and we will handle the case individually. This is not part of a general refund policy.
